The Demand FLEXmarket is an open marketplace in which Aggregators ( in this case, ESCOs) receive incentive payments for saving end customers energy at the meter. ESCOs can onboard into the platform and start submitting projects immediately with just a few key pieces of information (Utility Account ID, forecasted savings in KWh, etc.). The Demand FLEXmarket has significantly less administrative oversight than traditional utility programs and we give aggregators the flexibility to develop solutions that work for them and their customers.
