Webinar/Virtual Meeting

The Energy as a Service market is growing rapidly and new opportunities are emerging to use this innovative financing approach for Public Sector customers. The webinar will detail the structure of the as-a-service solution and how it allows ESCOs and customers to do larger projects. We will review the development process from initial engagement through construction and post-construction responsibilities. We’ll look at an example project and how the cash flows between the financier, ESCO and customer along with a review of the relevant contracts. Discussion will include why the solution is considered off-balance sheet and how payments are set both for the customer and the ESCO. The similarities and differences between  traditional energy performance contracting and sustainable Energy as a Service will be highlighted within the context of key project development steps.
