As a stocking distributor of Level 2 and direct current fast charging (DCFC) stations, RES has partnered with the top EV Charging Stations manufacturers to offer competitive pricing and dedicated support. Most public charging stations are Level 2 stations, which are ideal for times when EV drivers will be parked for at least an hour, can add 12 to 25 RPH (Miles of Range Per Hour of Charging) depending on the type of EV and its on-board charger. DC fast charging stations have various power levels and in general, higher power levels charge EVs faster. DC fast charging can deliver 100 RPH or more, charging some EVs to 80 percent in 20-30 minutes.
